History & Data

The Falinier is used by the Fantan-Tyerian Republic as a multi-purpose troop and mecha dropship and is a very basic craft with an ovoid hull and a slight raised bump that runs from the front of the craft to the back and holds the crew section and a small medical facility.

The Falinier has a very smooth ovoid hull and has three levels to it the; the largest of these levels is the mecha bay which can hold 200 standard sized mecha or even more vehicles and is one large cavernous area, the next level is the troop/cargo area [although the mecha deck can also hold tons of cargo as well] with the forward quarter large enough to hold 250 troops in power armor and the rear three-quarters used to stow cargo [generally spare munitions and weapons as well as other supplies for the troops carried] the finally level is the control deck level which is contained in a large hump running from the front to the back of the ship and holds in order - bridge, crew lounge/bunks, kitchenette/head, storage, medical bay.

These craft are generally crewed by Fantans but quite a few can also be found converted to be crewed by Tyerians.

The only other thing that should be noted is that on the bottom of the craft are four large ovoids that can be extended as landing jacks.
