History & Data

The Delta II replaced the Delta in service with the Theban Fleet Air arm who decided to increase the craft’s overall size by ten percent allowing for a slightly larger missile payload.

The Delta II had two variants A which was the standard model and the B which was trainer/ELINT model.

The Delta II is armed with two ventrally mounted hard-points, four multi-purpose missile launchers two of which have eleven tubes and can hold either 33 SRMs, or 11 MRMs, and two twelve tube launchers capable of holding 36 SRMs or 12 MRMs, a two tube RPG launcher firing anti-missile rockets and a ventral center-line point for gun pods.

The Delta II served until 4975 C.E. when it was completely replaced in service by the Delta III.
