History & Data
The CBR-5 was the first fully environmental armor designed and produced by the TRCRD division of THI and as such saw wide-spread service until replaced by better and more protective armors. The CBR-5 saw most of its service life during the 1st Pan-Galactic War and the during the Theban Expeditionary Force Mission to find Tyr.
The suit consists of a fully spider-silk suit with a ceramo-steel helmet, chest, shoulder, forearm, stomach, knee, lower leg, and foot guards.
